How Dumpster Service Works

 If you need help with sizing for your project call or make a note on the order request to have one of our specialists call you with sizing help. It only takes a few min to request service. 

Our Divers will do their best to place the dumpster exactly where you need it placed. If the condition or equipment limitations affect placement driver will let you know.

• Cone off busy areas if needed
• Make sure there are no parked cars or obstructions

The driver will ask if you want the doors open after drop off and show you how to open and close the doors, but make sure to close the doors before pick up.

How to Load a Dumpster:

• Place bulky items in first
• Break down boxes or large items
• Be careful not to mix in prohibited items

  If you fill your dumpster and have not finished your project you can contact us for an extra dump at an discounted rate. 

When you are ready for the final dumpster or if you fill your dumpster before the time period is up and need it removed contact us to schedule pickup. 

• Make sure debris is not overflowing
• Close and secure the dumpster doors
• Unlock any gates or fences
• Make sure the area is clear of cars or equipment

• Don't let unauthorized users use dumpsters their use will increase your weight and take up your space.
• Keep the area accessible to avoid an extra trip fee. 
• Make sure to contact us before the last day of rental to avoid extra use fees.
• Be sure to declare any tires or appliances in the dumpster. and load as per the sign agreement.
